Just 4 km from Casabermeja lies this spacious 200m² villa, surrounded by 30,000m² of almond and olive trees. You reach it via scenic, quiet roads popular with cyclists.
The air-conditioned villa combines modern comfort with rural charm and offers a private pool, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen — perfect for up to seven guests. Outside, you will find an outdoor kitchen, shower, and plenty of space to relax.
Depending on the season, you can pick your own almonds, lemons, pomegranates, or figs. From the property, the Mediterranean is visible — and on clear days, even the coast of Africa.
Inside, a bright dining room welcomes you, with a large table for shared meals. A cozy living area with fireplace and all modern amenities ensures a comfortable, peaceful stay.

The villa’s outdoor spaces are designed for pure relaxation. The private 4×8 m pool, surrounded by spacious terraces, invites you to cool off under the Andalusian sun. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols offer both sunny and shaded areas, perfect for lounging with a book or enjoying an afternoon siesta.
Several terraces provide different atmospheres — from a sunny poolside deck to a covered dining area where you can enjoy long meals in the shade. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen and shower add comfort and convenience for all-day outdoor living. From every corner, you will enjoy stunning views of the surrounding olive groves and rolling hills, with the Mediterranean shimmering in the distance.
As the sun sets, the terraces become a tranquil retreat for evening drinks and starlit dinners — a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and authentic Spanish charm.

The villa is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable and carefree as possible. Fresh bed linen and soft towels are provided, and all rooms feature air conditioning for year-round comfort. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace or in front of the TV. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, and water kettle — everything you need for easy home-style cooking. A washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer are also available for your convenience, and free parking is provided directly at the villa. Every detail has been thoughtfully arranged to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
To preserve the villa’s peaceful atmosphere, parties and events are not allowed, and smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. It is not permitted to allow anyone who is not registered as a guest with the owner to stay and/or overnight at the villa. Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated, ensuring a clean and serene environment for all guests.
A new chapter: from Casa Tranquila to La Mimosa
After over 20 years, the villa has entered a new chapter. In 2025, the property changed ownership, and with great care and respect for its peaceful legacy, it was given a new name: La Mimosa.
The new name is inspired by the beautiful mimosa trees that bloom around the property each spring. While the name has changed, the essence of the house remains the same: a serene retreat in the Andalusian hills where guests can unwind, enjoy nature and feel at home.
Over the past months, the villa has been updated and refreshed, while preserving the charm and tranquillity that guests of Casa Tranquila loved so much.
We look forward to welcoming you to La Mimosa — the same peaceful place, with a new name and a warm new beginning.
Please note that the road to the villa has been completely asphalted in August 2025. Only the last 300m are a sandy road which is easily accessible by any type of car.
